Matthew 24: 45-51

Who is the faithful servant?

One of our theme words for 2022 is faithful. When we fully trust in
God’s faithfulness, we can’t help but faithfully obey His lead. When
we’re exposed to the magnificence and majesty of Christ, we will live
ready for the return of our Master. Jesus points us to the truth of our
vocation while we await His return: we have work to do. People need
help and they need hope. We can offer both.

Today, as you consider Jesus’ words, ask Him to open your eyes and
heart to the opportunities He’ll place before you to share His light with
the world. Then, make the choice to be faithful. You won’t regret it.
Write FAITHFUL on a slip of paper and put it in your pocket: remind
yourself today that He is always faithful, and you have the privilege of
following His lead.
